Tahini Vinaigrette

This is sweet and rich and goes on anything from a simple salad to a dipping sauce for roasted veg.

What you need:

1/2 cup Tahini
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1/2 cup neutral oil - I use sunflower oil
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon sumac
1 orange juiced, I squeeze it and let some pulp fall in as well :)
2 cloves garlic

Place everything in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Makes about 1 cup and lasts in fridge for one week. It will thicken up once it’s cold so add a few teaspoons of water and shake or stir to loosen.
